Privacy Policy

As a yoga practitioner my code of ethics are based on a deep respect for your privacy and security.

Please only disclose information about yourself that you are happy to share with me.  I will only use your information for your benefit in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.  You data will never be shared with a third party without your consent.

Booking Data

If you pay via my website Paypal will store your transaction and financial details but I will not have access to these details.

Card Payments are made directly to my bank account and will show up on my statements.  Again, I will not have access to your financial details.

Marketing Communications

By signing up to my Newsletter you consent to receive my letter approximately once a month.  Here you will receive updates on workshops and other services that I provide as well as  some related information about Yoga and Mindfulness.  You can unsubscribe at any time at the bottom of any letter I send you from Mailchimp.

I also send emails via Outlook Mailing lists to send weekly zoom links and further information on workshops /events.  Please email me to unsubscribe from these communications.

Google analytics and Mailchimp analytics do not hold your personal details but do record your visits to my website and your response to my newsletter. 

Paper Intake Health Forms

These forms will be printed and stored in a locked cabinet alongside any notes I take about our work together.

Declaration

I will only use your data for the purposes of our work together.  I will never sell or pass on your details unless legally required to do so.  You have the right to see any information I hold about you.  You can also ask for data to be deleted or destroyed.
